At Melanje, we aim to deliver your favorite jewelry pieces to you as smoothly and swiftly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please allow additional time during sales or seasonal peaks.
Delivery Timeline
Once processed, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 5–7 business days. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to courier delays or remote locations.
Shipping Charges
- Rs. 200 standard shipping fee applies to orders below Rs. 2,500.
- Free shipping is offered on orders above Rs. 2,500.
Same-Day Delivery (Lahore Only)
We offer same-day delivery for Lahore orders under the following conditions:
- Available only on request.
- Advance payment is required.
- Customer must pay the delivery fare separately (via Yango or Bykea).
- COD is not available for same-day deliveries.
Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship only within Pakistan.
